How can I find a duplex lot in Burnaby?
From September 18, 2023, in Burnaby, it is permissible to construct a 2.5-storey, or 3-storey side-by-side duplex with legal suites on any R4 or R5 lots that possess a width of 49.2 feet and a lot size of 6,000 square feet, and with direct access from the back yard to a lane or a local street.
