Remarks

Wk 9 in Feb/March is in my mind one of the BEST of all the ski weeks, fewer lines as its after Presidents week and before the Spring Break rush. A bigger snow base that gives you great conditions top to bottom. This 2 bedroom loft sleeps 8 people comfortably, has a 20´ ceiling, an open floor plan and a private hot tub that looks over the village square just 30 ft from the Whistler Gondola. Owners and guests have full access to the Hilton Hotel and all the amenities, fitness centre, Hot tubs, Sauna and the Cinnamon Bear lounge. There have been recent upgrades to the main floor of the unit and by 2027 ski season there will have been $1.3 m spent finishing 6 units. All special assessments have been paid. This is the BEST shared ownership value in Whistler (id:56153)
